are there any good free guided audio meditation resources anywhere?
i’m especially looking for “past life regression” ones … “astral projection” ones, etc, etc “talking to spirit guides, other-dimensional beings etc”
i’ve tried youtube with limited luck
brainwave generator is ok
also really long shamanic drum songs could be helpful
