In the past 5 years who have lost three babies, in the first 10 days of my fifth month I thrombocytosis. Now I'm in the middle of my fourth month and I started having terrible nightmares, panic attacks happen again. I take medication, but doctors said there was still a chance that you may lose the baby, not exercise or meditation or herbal treatments to help me relax, my blood pressure up and I can not eat or sleep. If every day should help def. At first, I 10 to 15 min. until used for meditation. If you have not done it before reading about it online or buy a book on the subject. There are many different ways you can love to another, then another. I would also burn lavender candles or taking a warm (not hot) bath with lavender candles burning. Lavender can also help you relax. You can also burn candles Meditation lavender to help clear the mind and body. The only form of meditation is to breathe slowly through the nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Sit in a comfortable position while breathing normally Indian style. You do the breathing interval 10 sec. breath for 10 seconds and 10 seconds. I really hope this helps. Good luck!
