Self-esteem building?

I go to a therapist esteem and depression. With cognitive-talk and my therapist asks you to do these things, is sure, give me a good self-esteem and relieve depression if I work hard. 1) Approach strangers and ask the time. After feeling the power of doing what you said you dare give me more things to do in public, stage-by-step. 2) Volunteering at the hospital or homeless shelter / Old Town of Interior. 3) The statements 4) Standing before a mirror and say I love you (……………..) 5) Meditation 6) Exercise and eat healthily 7) Make a list of goals and things I love again to read often. It seems convinced that if I devote myself full of these things I see a great improvement in my self-esteem. Of course, I really want to believe more than anything but I'm having doubts about how that is much more going to work. Any indication or no experience in this regard? Do these things really work?

Most people who are. However, you want to use and change. Something I did before all this. It was a job with animals. show love. They love you too, then you feel the value of life. So I had to wave and smile at someone / Like the smile is contagious, you get one for if you give first. It gives a warm feeling inside when you can smile just for the pleasure of the smile. As you start to focus on positive thoughts optimistic. You can ensure you get the right kind of sleep. Like the rest, Get plenty of rest made a difference in the attitude and spirit. Keep a diary of things you feel good, and the experiences you have during the day. What your first day of beginning of this new beginning. You can write what you did was try to open and improve. Such as playing with a pet, talking to a stranger. Sitting in the sun watching the world go by. If there is anything that made you luagh. write that. or if it was something that made you write about it mourn. Then explain why. Discover the new guidelines and how to handle and How How often does, and if you see major changes and improvements every time you or your skin feel better. Put the sticky leaves little reason to smile or inspirations positive. Do fun things like dancing around the music, while there is nobody to make fun of you or see what you do. They also found this helpful. Wrote a list of what I worry about myself or my surroundings. I would if I could get OT. I would try to take something negative on the list and work on the development, delete it, or discover what I could do about it. I finally saw things change for the positive things in place. So my list has been much more negative shorter than what I originally wrote
