plz help to meditation question for Sikhs / other religions? ?

Hi all, I would like now add many responses to Sikhs But I wud appreciate responses from any other religion or faith: D I was wondering wat stage I am in my process of meditation a Sikh or view any other point of view. 2 night, I felt something that did not happen b4. after perhaps 30 minutes or something to meditate and pray, it was like a whirlwind of energy was within me. "It was like going back, one way left, certainly on the downward spiral, but it felt good. Sometimes I also felt how uy approach suddenly, as the increases? to realize how small and His is a huge space in ur head / body. i wud like to know wat ppl think and wat it means (If theres a term or the name of this stage / process) Thanks in advance

I'm surprised that nobody has yet responded to your question. I know exactly what is happening to you. Your Kundalini awakens. Stay meditation, and perhaps do Sat Kriya. If you do not know what it is, Yahoo search. Now that the Kundalini wakes up in the Muladhara Chakra, must channel his column through the other chakras until Sahasrarah. Hope this helps! Blessed be!
