So I think right after drinking a green smoothie?

I have received a more natural way of life, and just when I wake up … I have a green smoothie. Basically I want to know if, immediately after that I could sit and meditate for half an hour. I know there are some sources that say they do not eat anything before meditation, but do not know if this applies also for drinking. My typical green smoothie is made up of green leafy vegetables, carrots, celery and some fruit for flavor. My body is capable of digesting all this food to meditate? Is this my time of meditation to be affected by a digestive process in my body? Any knowledge will help … Thanks

Meditation slows the digestion process lightly. You may have more difficulty in some "balance" while to digest. I think when we think about hunger unproductive.Anything less than 300 calories or not should have a negative effect.
