Meditation For Sleeping

meditation for sleeping
strange sleep habits after meditation?

I practiced meditation for a while now and I wake up 4:30 to 4:55 every morning. Is it because the meditation, and I have only altered sleep patterns? I just want to make swim wrong with me lol, thanks!

If we practice meditation or illegal for persons under 20 minutes each day, then it is unlikely that meditation has to do with his sleep habits. However, if practice meditation for more than 20-30 minutes every day or several times a day, then meditation can affect total sleep you need -. I've always known this and I think there are two mechanisms at work: meditation, if done consistently and at least 20 minutes a day, provides a kind of deep psychic break reducing the need for sleep. In fact, meditation reduces chatter that must be addressed during sleep -. Regular meditation helps us to live with less attachment and aversion. When we live this way, our lives are less stressful. And since we are less stressed, we need less sleep. Of course, their habits Sleep may change for reasons totally unrelated to meditation. If you feel unusually tired or exhausted during the day, then meditation is to play a role in this field. My best wishes as unlikely in practice!
