Where I can find a meditation class for children?
I listened to Radio 2 yesterday and told me how you can help children be calmer and less stressed I like the idea that there is a specific type for children, or I can make any know nothing about meditation and any information you can provide would be great thank you xxx vici
Yoga bugs is an excellent starting point. I think in a simple form of meditation is ideal for children, but they forget that "quietest" idea. Children generally are not quiet, not just his nature. It's like trying to get a dog to urinate in the toilet.
