Meditation Mala Beads
How happy accounts of Buddhist meditation?
The reason I ask is because I found an organization to offer the hand of Mala beads, blessed and led by Buddhist nuns. I am familiar with Buddhist practice and want to know how blessed Mala accounts. The site is by the Tibetans Nuns Project http://tnp.org/ Thanks for your responses.
Usually they sing something, or do (which is what I do) or later. As this is a group Tibetans, probably a mantra.
