Meditation and self-defense? I want to enter a short meditation and self-defense but there are different kinds of so many different ways, how I can know you're not sure if I posted this in the right But if you can tell me which category I publish
There are many types of meditation and self-defense. As others have pointed to find one that works for you. Now, with martial arts check whether it is a master "sport" or "self Defense MA.
